Rock guitarist. Member of ‘70s band Wind of Change, then 41 East. Mascari went on to gig as a solo artist. He went to Berklee School of Music, then moved to L.A. in mid-‘80s where he worked with producer Paul Rothchild (The Doors), releasing a single in 1984. He returned to Baltimore in mid-‘90s joining Great Train Robbery, then later forming his own band Mascaraid.

Mascari also appears on recordings by Jim Allison.
