Guitarist-singer-songwriter, ASCAP Popular Award winner, attended Archbishop Curley High School and Baltimore School for the Arts. His bands have included Stage IV, the Charm City Rockers, and Michael Kline & the Gypsies – an Americana-country-rock recording group based in L.A. featuring fellow Baltimorean Denny Weston, Jr. (bass – also of the Charm City Rockers), with L.A. musicians Buck Johnson (keyboards, vocals), Trent Stroh (bass, vocals), and Monty Byrom (guitars, vocals).

Michael also wrote the music and lyrics and performed in the fantasy rock musical Clockwork Heart – Magic Under the Glass – garnering rave reviews in the Baltimore Sun and the Washington Post performed at Toby’s Dinner Theater, Merriweather Park Symphony Woods in Columbia, and Reservoir High School Theater.

Future projects include a film documentary about music maven from Baltimore Allan Mason.
