Classic rock band formed by Ken Massey (guitar ex-Hare Trigger, Legacy), Russell Kulp (drums ex-Legacy), with John Walls (vocals), Ed Bipierstis (bass), and Charles Hayjeck (guitar).
Hurricane became quite popular locally playing covers of artists such as AC/DC. Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, etc.
Around 1986 Hurricane became Joe Warren’s band. The group went through many personnel changes.
