Catonsville area teen band seen at teen center dances. The group consisted of ex-Tradesmen guitarist Richard Klender (see bio), with Jack Rothenhoefer (guitar), Steve Demercado (bass), Ray Remmers (keyboards), and Kurt Kraus (drums ex-Burgundy, PRMDL).
The band became known as Human Freedom and Security in 1970. After HFS Klender teamed up with Ted Winchester and released LPs in the ‘70s. He also joined the nationally popular Up with People. Rothenhoefer later joined Cryptic Image and Lucifer.
