Acapella pop group began as a novelty, becoming quite accomplished and in demand locally. The group was a side project of Rude Shoes’ Bob Friedman (vocals -concurrently with Mambo Combo), with vocalist Tom Chalkley (The Reason), and Self-Righteous Brothers members vocalists Jimmy Owens, and Dan Dorfler.
