Hard rock band with roots in Western Maryland and West Virginia. Gained popularity throughout the Baltimore / Washington region in early ‘80s and earned awards from the Maryland Music Readers Poll. Members included Brad Divens (bass, lead vocals ex-Kix), Jay Abbene (guitar), Terry Carter (guitar, vocals), and Shannon Larkin (drums, vocals). The group played all the major local clubs and toured nationally.

By 1986 changes to the lineup included the addition of Kevin Keller (bass), moving Divens to guitar and lead vocals. Their song “Danger Us” was included on the 1986 various artists album “98 Rock Volume IV (Home Tapes).”

Their song “Hell’s Gates” was included on the 1987 local band compilation by radio station 97 Underground (“The Beast from The East… Vol. 1” (PCA UG-97).
Due to British band of same name the group eventually changed name to Wrathchild America.

In early ‘90s they were known as Souls at Zero.
Divens and Larkin later with Back Alley Gators… Abbene later with the Louisiana band Crowbar. Larkin went on to join Ugly Kid Joe, Godsmack…
