In 1979, Glaser & Van Dyke put together a band consisting of former Daylight members Gary Ellinger (drums), and Ron Lily (bass), adding Mark Chilcote and changing their name to Telluride. The band played during ‘79-80. Seen mostly at Annapolis Clubs such as Charlie’s on Ridgely Avenue, and Maude’s, also appearing in Fells Point clubs, Papillon in Ellicott City, Manor Tavern…. They released the 1980 single “Something’s Gotta Change” b/w “Carry Me Away” (Full Sail 1566).

Throughout the ‘80s-00s David and John were in and out of numerous groups, even re-forming their namesake’s group on a couple of occasions. David also had a stint touring nationally with the recording artist Starpoint, as guitarist for Carey Ziegler’s Expensive Hobby, as a solo artist and with different variations of the Van Dyke & Glaser Band.
