Parkville area teen cover band. At its inception in 1979 members included Jeff Vogtman (guitar, vocals), Matt Harbaugh (guitar, vocals), Lu Maestros (bass, vocals), and John Vogtman (drums). The group performed at Parkville Sr. High School’s annual picnics (1979-82), and went on to play most of the clubs around Northeast Baltimore including Pete’s Lounge, which was their home turf.
In early summer 1982 John Vogtman suffered an accident that prevented him from playing for a prolonged period. Dan Cosgrove was brought in as a replacement drummer. Shortly thereafter, Maestro left to join Thee Katatonix and was replaced with Bill Manns (bass ex-Mannekin). Vogtman later with Red October
