WJZ-TV cameraman, mobile DJ, and teacher at the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland. He recorded a single at Bradley Studios “Color My World” b/w “Heartbreak Hotel” (BRC 4286). The B-side is a novelty worth a listen (if you can find a copy) due to the excessive echo on the vocal.
In 1975 Bill started Spicer Productions, Inc., a multimedia video and sound production company producing TV commercials, documentaries, training films and audio programs, which continued to be successful in the 2000s.
