Recording artist from Northern Harford County Debbie Caulson (vocals, guitar) and Rick Rudacille (guitar, vocals). Their pop single “Flower Children” was written by Caulson, Rudacille, and Brown featured a Mama’s & Papa’s vocal style with a Byrds style guitar sound. Produced by Robert T. Brown. Brown was owner of Courier Records in Fremont, Ohio. During his military service he was stationed in Aberdeen (1966-68) and released several local Baltimore area singles on his label as CEI (Courier-Empire International). See CEI Records.
Rudacille also wrote songs for The Runabouts, and Rob Selmer. He later died in a fire.
