A prolific songwriter known for recording two masterpieces as part of the lo-fi home-recording movement. Her songs “The Real Miss Charlotte” and “There’s Nothing You Can Do About It” are included on the 1994 compilation CD and double-LP “Why Popstars Can’t Dance” (Slumberland), and her songs “All the Umbrellas in London” and “A Quiet Evening” are included on the 1998 compilation “Friendly Society: A Harriet Records Compilation” (Harriet).
