Hard rock band formed in 1999 with Dominic Cappelletti (guitar ex-Fragmentz of Tomorrow), Dave Childs (guitar ex-Fragmentz of Tomorrow), Brian Wood (bass), Gene Barnett (drums ex-Soulcage, MadAsHell, Christa Carter, Lillian Axe, Dirty Looks), and Matt Silkworth (lead vocals, original artist – Inverness, Lunifisness, Loving the Lie, The Matt Silkworth Band).
Childs and Wood left early on to join Silvertung. Dan Lynch (guitar) was with band briefly as he was a founding member of Innerface and Driven. Auditions yielded members Chaz Grimaldi (bass, Skitzo Jubilee, Grip Inc., later would go on to play for Steve Grimmet’s Grim Reaper in the UK), Brian Jarboe (lead guitar ex-Without Reason, Richard Walton Group, Alona).
The band CORE featuring Chris Lembach (Mystic Force, Burn, Deadlock), along with former Burn and Deadlock members: Jeff Caudle (ex-Cypher/now with Doc Martin and the Flannels), Steve Shaffer (ex-Burn/Deadlock/The Urge/now with Doc Martin and the Flannels) was a 3-piece for a year then recruited Dominic on guitar to bring the band back to heavier music. The band remained this line up from 2011 to 2020. Most notability landing the opening spot outside Ravens Stadium for the 1st night of the Metallica’s Hardwired World Tour May 2017. After disbanding all members are currently active except for Chris Lembach who is a Regional BMX Champion racer. They reunited for one special event February 1, 2026 to a capacity crowd at Tall Cedars in Parkville Maryland.
After CORE, Dominic joined The Scorpions tribute band Animal Magnetism.
