Drummer Frank Pastore & his Quartet were seen in ‘64 at the Latin Casino. In 1965 his band became known as the Prophets and played at steady gig at the Keystone.

In 1965 Pastore moved to Las Vegas. He lived there until 1972 while playing drums for Si Zentner Orchestra and various other combos.

Upon his return to Baltimore, Frank played throughout the ‘70s and ‘80s with the Sound Foundation, Showdown, Buddy Norman group, Alex Karas group, and leading his own combo at places such as Greenspring Inn, Shanes, Chiapparelli’s, Sweeney’s, and on cruise ships. Frank passed away at the age of 56 on January 8, 2001.
