R&B group from West Baltimore known for tight vocal harmonies and tight backing band. The vocal group consisted of Butch Poole (lead), Ronald Arrington, Van Terry, and DeVaughn Parker. A fifth vocalist Everett Gross also doubled on drums. The band also featured Gary Hudgins aka ‘Hudge’ (keyboards), Sam Moore (guitar), Fred ‘Lurch’ (bass), Clarence Johnson (drums), Leonard Foust (trumpet), and Greg (sax).
The group performed at Steelworkers Hall, Embassy Room, Ambassador Club, The Scene, Famous Ballroom, school dances, Operation Champ functions, Druid Hill Park… They shared stages with Madhouse, Black Fungus, and many other local groups.
Hudgins left to join The Grand Jury in 1974.
