Guitarist/vocalist began musical career in early ‘70s band Upper Echelon with his brother Carlos Olaguer. That band became known as Delightful. He went on to play in many of the top local bands including Snickers, and the Better Half in the ‘70s, Rosco, and the New Paper Cup in the ‘80s, then in the ‘80s and beyond with the Cha Cha Boys, Tiffany, The Approach, Hay for The Donkey, Crawdaddies…
