Annapolis area rock band. The band played British rock sounds specializing in the Rolling Stones. Members included Norman Alton (lead vocals), Dave Wagner (guitar ex-Barry & the Vikings), Allen Levi (guitar), Bill (bass), and Allen Rickey (drums)… Bill was replaced with bassist Lenny Shaw (ex-Avalons).
The group played clubs throughout Annapolis, D.C., Baltimore, Eastern Shore, Ocean City… They appeared on TV’s “Wing Ding” hosted by Kerby Scott, and on January 15, 1966 opened for the Yardbirds at the Annapolis Armory in a show sponsored by radio station WYRE.
Alton joined the Persuaders. Wagner eventually returned to the music scene in the late ‘70s forming the band Too Many Dave’s, and in the ‘90s he briefly performed with the Sentries.
