Recording engineer formerly with Heil Sound. He moved to Baltimore in 1974 and worked at Flite Three Studios briefly before moving to Sheffield Studios. Mueller, who already had an extensive background, eventually became Chief Engineer and VP of Sheffield for 25 years.
In the early ‘80s Bill taught a RIAA Engineering course at Sheffield, employing the Joanne Dodds Band as subject of recording.
Bill has received four Grammy award nominations including Best Recording Engineer – Non-Classical (1984) for work with Michael Hedges.
His engineering credits include many well-known artists in pop / rock, new age, country, R&B, rap, jazz, gospel, and symphonic styles.
As of 2003 he is President of Gentle Revolution Software, a company that develops cutting edge video games.
