Recording artist and proprietor of the Baltimore based Marshall Records label located at 636 W. Baltimore Street. He released a single on his label (no number) titled “Leaving Town” b/w “Give Me My Guitar and Traveling Shoes.” Marshall also released material on his label by other groups such as the Twilighters with Frank Motley, and the Golden Light Quintet.
