After leaving the Little Prince Arthur (L.P.A.) Trio in 1960, Delores joined up with the Playboys. They performed nightly as the house band at the Biltmore. Also performed at the Surf Club with saxophonist Red Prysock.
Delores went on to sing with backing by the Dynamics.
