Vince Corolla (Palacorolla) and his fabulous Krackerjax formed by members of the original Blackfoot Smoke and managed by Joe Rubino. They were seen performing throughout the ‘70s-80s at clubs such as the Club Venus, Mimmie Jr.’s, Park Lounge, Cypress Lounge in Severna Park, Oakwood, Reflections. Their floor show featured an oldies revue as Danny & the Del Vinos.

Members over the years included Corolla (vocals, keyboards, guitar ex-Del Vinos, Raintree, Lurch), Don ‘Deets’ McCleary (guitar Summer’s Misfits, Fugitives, Raintree, One Another), John Glorioso (bass ex-Abilene Road House), Sonny Lurch (drums ex-Verdicts, A New Day, Raintree), Tommy Baker (drums), John Hall (drums ex-Iguana, Proxy…), JoJo Vitale (drums), Tommy James (drums), John Grant (guitar), Bob ‘Bobby B’ Betlejewski (guitar), Jim Sowder (guitar, sax)…
A 1975 lineup consisting of Corolla, with John Creighton (guitar), Gary Waugh (bass ex-Blazek), Marty Miller (sax), and Gary ‘Fuzzy’ Lenz (drums ex-Delegates) performed a six-month full-time house band gig at the Redwood Inn. This group split from Corolla in 1975 and became Satin Doll.

At a 1985 gig at Jilly’s, Corolla recruited Big Cam & the Lifters members Rich Schwarz (guitar, vocals), Malcolm Turner (bass, vocals), and Al Joffe (drums) to form a new Krackerjax. The group performed at Jilly’s McMann’s Crab House, Poncabird Club, Rascals, Bonfire (O.C.), Pikesville Hilton, Corinthian Restaurant, Windsor Inn, Olympia Lounge, Red Fox (Bel Air), and many others.
Corolla and his group released a rock & roll single “I’m Glad I Graduated” b/w “We’re Rockin, Rollin, Partyin People”.

Vince performed in the ‘00s with Bobby Berger and his Goin’ Back Band at Bobby B’s in Dundalk. He passed away in 2004.
Betlejewski went on to play for Ethel Ennis, Final Touch. Schwarz later with Gene Vincentt & Cadillac Cruisers… Bullion went on to Four’s Company…
