Originally from India, veteran vocalist Jharna Muiserjee relocated to Dundalk in the ‘70s. Her song “Awaazdo,” a cross between her Indian roots and western influences, was included on the 1986 various artists album “Maryland Musicians for Music” (BFP 198657). Backing musicians were Eric Davidson (lead guitar), Tim Miskimon (bass, guitar *Basement Floor), Richard Kraineum (keyboards, flute, percussion), and Mark Roland (drums).
