The Liverpool sounds of the Impacts could be heard as the house band at Nick’s Musical Bar on Eastern Avenue for a least two stints in 1966 and ‘67. Also seen at the Carney Restaurant & Lounge. They competed in the Teen Fair Battle of the Bands at the Civic Center in June 1968.
