Rock band from Parkville featuring Greg Coulson (lead vocals, percussion ex-Patriots), Jack Hett (lead guitar), Fred Zang (rhythm guitar/vocals), Don Cowger (bass ex-Patriots), and Tony Fiorini (drums).
The teen band originally started out playing British Invasion and popular rock music at teen centers and school dances. They won Battles of the Bands in October 1967 at the Villa Cresta Teen Center and at Mt. St. Agnes College. Seen at the Patterson Park Y-Teen, St. Michael’s CYO, St. Elizabeth’s CYO, Holy Rosary… They also performed in the Teen Fair Battle of the Bands at the Civic Center in June 1968. The group traveled to the Pier Ballroom in Ocean City for a weeklong engagement in July 1968.
Coulson, Zang, and Cowger later became founding members of the band Orange Wedge.
