A popular full-time band that evolved from a re-formed version of the rock band Hinge. Managed by Walt Kraus, members included Mike Gallaher (lead guitar), Drew Bauer (keyboards), Dean Andrews (bass), Pat Moynahan (vocals / congas), Steve Griffin (sax, flute ex-Hypnotics), Lew Schwartz, and Greg Austin (drums). Mary Ann Armacost (vocals). Jake Scheffer (guitar), Gary Malvaso (guitar)… supported by road crew that included Jay Dulaney and Gary Lutz.

Bauer had been a veteran of a number of well-known local bands including Tommy & the Artelles, the Gigs, Denny & the Hitchhikers, and Hinge.
Their playlist consisted of Top-40 and dance, ’60s soul and oldies. Reportedly Good & Plenty was the first local band to incorporate a mellotron into their sound.
