This was a studio production by pianist and multi-instrumentalist Joe Jacobson as Joe Elliott. A single was released on the Crystal Productions label #4899 “Baltimore (Coming on Strong)” b/w “Break Away”.
A couple of Jacobson’s compositions were recorded by WWIN radio personality Curtis Anderson: In 1979 as Curtis on Charm City Records #1932 “How Can I Tell Her” b/w “I Remember”, and in 1983 as Curtis Anderson on Tempre 100 the song “Running Away from Love” reached the national R&B charts.
Jacobson was a member of The Wave in the ‘80s.
