Jazzy pop vocalist originally from Montana. Relocated to DC area where she became a well-known vocal stylist throughout the ‘50s and ‘60s. She sang with Ellis Larkins Orchestra. Carr released solo singles backed by the Jack French Trio. Her album featured backing by Bob Vigoda Trio (Vigoda (keyboard), Jay Leonhart (bass), and Bill Gibson (guitar).
