Rock group consisting of Carl Filipiak (guitar ex-Unknowns, Dominators), and Tom Maxwell (bass) were former members of the Chaumonts rhythm section. Other members included Don DeLoach (vocals), Bill DeLoach (keyboards), Al Lafreniere (guitar), Ken Fitzgerald (bass), and Mark Weidinger (drums). The group played school dances, teen centers, CYO’s (St. Dominic’s, Holy Rosary, St. Stanislaus…), Coffee Grounds…

The group was managed by Charlie Steinmetz, and affiliated with Bay Sound Records although no recordings were issued.
Maxwell left to join Paper Cup in 1969. He later joined Bandit, Pinch, and Nightshift. Filipiak, Bill DeLoach, and Weidinger formed the band Jake. Carl continued to perform in many local area groups (see bio). In the ‘00s Carl continued to lead an internationally renowned jazz-fusion group and released several exceptional CD’s. Bill was later a member of Frankie Valli’s touring group (Oct. ’72-Mar. ’73, Oct. ’96-Jan. ’97, and Mar. ’98-2000. In ’73 he joined Al Rossi’s Joy and later went on to form the band Sirprize.
