Carroll County based country group led by guitarist Winnie Bullock (ex-Johnny Wagner’s Carroll County Hayshakers). Members included Lynn Strauff (pedal steel), Bob Fadeley (bass), Charlie Sherman (drums ex-Tony Diamond & Twilight Three), Ron Goodwin (guitar, vocals), Carol Avery (vocals), Junior Blank (pedal steel ex-Countrymen). Eddie Stater filled in for Carole for a couple of years. Avery was later replaced with vocalist Sharon Clark.

The group played Club Stabiles on Eastern Avenue, WPOC cruises aboard the Port Welcome, and countless clubs, carnivals, and fire halls throughout MD, and PA. Performed at the State Employees Convention at Ocean City Convention Center. Opened for Jimmy Dickens, Ernest Tubb, Barbara Mandrell and others for annual performances at the Frederick Fair. Opened for Carl Butler, and Ernest Tubb at Frock’s in Westminster…

The group recorded at the Red Barn in Beltsville and released a single “Heaven Was Just a Sin Away” in early-‘70s…

Blank was later replaced with Scotty Bullock (pedal steel, drums).

Strauff later played for Billy Byrd, and Dave Dudley. Sharon, and Scotty performed in the ‘00s with Jay Henley & Stone Broke. Bullock operated a barbershop in Eldersburg for many years.
