Dundalk based band teen Top-40 band. Members were Cliff Dotterer (lead vocals), Stan Gibson (sax), Bill Crawford (lead guitar), Mark Wolfe (rhythm guitar), Keith Gardner (bass), Dean Goodson (keyboards), and Dominic Fabrizio (drums).

The Sin-Dicate “played anything current that was playing on the radio at the time” according to saxophonist Stan Gibson. “We purchased sheet music for any new tune and were usually playing it within a week. We played mostly school dances since we were too young to play in clubs… but we did do some weddings at the Polka Inn, and private parties at Statens Shore in Millers Island.

Our biggest accomplishment was a gig on the Kerby Scott Show. The song we chose to play on the show was Brown Sugar by The Rolling Stones.  To our surprise, the guest celebrity appearing on the show along with us was none other than John Denver who was promoting his single ‘Country Road.’ We felt like true stars when we got to share a dressing room with John Denver. Pretty amazing for a bunch of 16-year-olds!”

Stan adds “I have no pictures of The Sin-Diccate… cameras may not have been invented back then !”

Gibson later with Black Hat… Goodson later with Trust…
