Rockabilly recording artist. He released several singles on local labels including Foxie and Lynda that were produced and backed by Jack Gale with his orchestra and chorus.

Chuck later sang with a group in the late ‘60s called the 2nd Generation.

In 1970 he recorded at Bradley studios and released a record on Dawn Records featuring Blevins (guitar), Doug Lewis (guitar, bass), Eddie Wockenfuss (keyboards), Roger Pace (sax), and John Sankonis (drums). During the side-B instrumental break Blevins introduces solos by Pace, Wockenfuss, and Lewis.
