High energy Top-40 dance band formed in 1975. The group was basically Vince Corolla’s Krackerjax. Members included John Crayton (guitar), Gary Waugh (bass), Marty Miller (sax), Gary ‘Fuzzy’ Lenz (drums), adding Stan Dulski (aka Stan Lee) on keyboards (ex-Nomads, Muffin…).
In 1976 they added lead vocalist Terri DiPaula (ex-Royal 5+1). Later members included Steve Kimball (trumpet), Roger Pace (sax, vocals), Mike Scarinzi (bass ex-Wizard), Andy Began (drums), and Hayes Ryan (trumpet). All members of the group contributed to vocals. They frequently performed at the Redwood Inn, Golden Gate Lounge, and at the Triple Crown. Members of the group went on to become known as Dragonfly, then later as Strider. Waugh went on to join Proxy… Kimball later with Pinoy… Lenz later with Taurus…
