The Palisades originated in the Portsmouth, VA area and performed stints at the Sunset Lounge on Greenway behind the Harundale Mall. They also traveled to various cities across the country including Chicago, and New York where they performed at the Copacabana. In the later ‘60s they appeared at the Timonium Inn, and also at the Joppa Inn as Dennis Fox & the Palisades. Fox (keyboards) had also been a member of the Crossfires, and Triumphs. He could be seen in the ‘70s-00s with Fox & Company. Wesley also led a group called the Royal Jesters.
