Country singer/songwriter, established his musical career in Nashville. He co-wrote and co-produced with Ronnie McDowell. Ronnie’s 1977 hit “The King Is Gone” in tribute to Elvis Presley. It was McDowell’s first hit and a multi-million seller.

Lee released his 1979 album “Telling It Like It Is”. The lyrics hinted at the practice of cross-country truckers using uppers to stay awake.
A highlight for Lee was performing to a crowd of over 40,000 at the 1979 Bobtail 200 Semi-Truck Race at the Ontario Motor Speedway in California.
