Hip-hop / funk /rap vocalist and producer Omar Akbar. Achieving international recognition in the ‘00s, Labtekwon was described by Morphius Records as “one of the true innovators of hip-hop subculture.” He released a series of independent CDs throughout the ‘90s-00s, including the 2005 CD and video “The Ghetto Dai Lai Llama.”
Labtekwon is son of singer Harry ‘Soul Stirrer’ Young.
