Teen rock group consisting of players from Howard and Mt. Hebron High Schools. Members included Bruce Casteel (lead guitar), Paul Marshall (rhythm), Ron Fleming (drums), Tom Schatz (bass, guitar), and Michael Cannone (sax). Schatz and Cannone would both leave in October 1965 joining the Vanguards. Larry Boyd joined as the new bass player.
The Knights performed at the Howard County Amateur Talent Show at Rockland School on April 14, 1965. The same month they won second place honors in the Ellicott City Jaycees Talent Show. The group played the Ellicott City Jr. High Christmas Dance, and performed a charity show for crippled children at Kernan Hospital.
The band continued playing local teen centers and festivals until 1967. In February the band split up. Casteel and Fleming joined the Tremolos, and Boyd joined the Horde.
