In late 1966 Jeff Drinkwater (vocals ex-The Children) replaced Gostomski. Other ex-Children members Bob Wilkerson (guitar) and Sonny Lombardo (drums) also joined the Heard.
The Heard shared the bill as a house band with the Koffee Beans at Judges, and Mother Lode’s Wild Cherry.
Gostomski went on to become known as ‘Froggy’ of Froggy & the Gremlins, then later was a member of Circus. Schnitker joined Dew Dwarf, Quinn… Drinkwater later with Shakedown, Lord Morgan’s Cannon…
