Seen at Mary’s Northeast Inn as Ray Maddox and the Gigolos in October 1958. The Gigolos released a record in 1959 on Roz Ford’s (WITH-AM announcer) Sunnyside label #3104 “Bob-A-Loop Song” b/w “Wait My Love.” Collectors note: The A-side actually plays at 33 1/3 RPM.
They held house band stints at Jazz City starting in October 1959, and at the Northeast Inn starting in October 1961, Minnick’s, and the Keystone Jazz Room where they performed with Tony Dee in 1963.
