Trumpet player from East Baltimore, Lenny Adams (Adamski) specialized in Polish polka music. He and his bands could be seen at clubs along the Eastern Avenue corridor and many private parties. His group the Polka Stars featured Adams (trumpet, sax, vocals), Victor Tomecek (trumpet), Joseph Zarzycki (trumpet), Danny Adams (accordion), Lawrence Metallo (bass), and Ted Zarzycki (drums).
His first single on Town Records was published by Jack Gale’s Jalo Music.

The Lenny Adams Trio continued performing into the ‘00s with Leon Umberger (accordion), and Greg Matysek (drums).
